These colors should be your main background colors if you are considering patterned dress shirts. Remember to wear a brown color belt when wearing brown colored shoes. If possible, keep the brown tone of your belt similar to your shoes. Therefore, your belt should be light brown color to match the camel brown shoes.

As for your second question, you can wear both the black shoe or brown shoe against your light brown pants and white shirt.
